"开四关"为临床针灸证治之要穴,"开四关"的功效并非单独针刺合谷、太冲二穴效用的相加,施以相应手法可以激发穴位的特殊功效。随着神经影像技术的发展,功能性磁共振成像(fMRI)已成为研究针刺中枢机制的重要手段,针刺"四关穴"的穴位配伍存在穴位偏侧性及中枢响应特异性。基于fMRI技术从神经生物信息学角度阐述"四关穴"针刺信号的中枢响应特征及特异性规律,为"开四关"的传统经典理论提供更为广泛的客观循证依据。

" Siguan" is the key acupoints for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. The effect of " Siguan" acupoints is not the sum of the effects of acupuncture at Hegu(LI4) and Taichong(LR3) acupoints alone. The special effect of " Siguan" can be stimulated by applying special techniques. With the development of neuroimaging technology, functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) has become an important method for central mechanism of acupuncture. There are acupoints laterality and central response specificity in the compatibility of acupuncture at " Siguan" acupoints. Based on fMRI technology, central response characteristics and specific laws of acupuncture signal of " Siguan" point were expounded from the perspective of neurobioinformatics, providing a broader objective evidence for the traditional classical theory of acupuncture at " Siguan" .
