艾灸作为辅助疗法，广泛应用于恶性肿瘤的临床治疗。通过对艾灸疗法治疗肿瘤的临床研究文献进行梳理，从减轻患者癌痛、癌因性疲劳、恶心呕吐、放化疗引起的骨髓抑制，提高患者生活质量和免疫力方面进行总结，发现艾灸治疗对恶性肿瘤患者的影响是多方面的，在恶性肿瘤相关病症上艾灸均能起到显著的治疗作用，这与针灸的整体调节和良性调节的治疗特点有关。同时临床研究的文献质量限制了艾灸在恶性肿瘤治疗中的推广，高质量的临床研究仍是必要的；建议在今后的研究中，结合灸法种类、肿瘤分型分期、艾灸干预时期等具体临床问题展开研究，从而促进灸法在抗肿瘤领域中的应用。

As an adjuvant therapy, moxibustion is widely used in the clinical treatment of malignant tumors in clinical research. By combing the clinical research literature of moxibustion in the treatment of tumor, it is summarized from the aspects of relieving cancer pain, cancer-related fatigue, nausea and vomiting, myelosuppression caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and improving the quality of life and immunity of patients. It is found that moxibustion has many effects on patients with malignant tumors, and moxibustion can play a significant role in the clinical treatment of malignant tumor-related diseases. This is related to the overall regulation and benign regulation of acupuncture treatment.Meanwhile, the quality of clinical research literature limits the promotion of moxibustion in the treatment of malignant tumors, and high-quality clinical research is still necessary. It is suggested that in the future research, specific clinical issues such as the types of moxibustion, tumor classification and staging, and the period of moxibustion intervention should be studied to promote the application of moxibustion in the field of anti-tumor.
