与西医相比，针灸治疗痛风性关节炎(GA)因其操作简单，不良反应少而越来越被人们所接受。经临床医家多年的不断应用，针灸结合药物治疗，可显著减轻GA患者疼痛，具有提高临床疗效的优势。针灸疗法可有效避免口服药物引起胃肠道不良反应及肝肾损伤，具有操作简单，方便快捷，经济实惠的特点，可根据GA发展的不同时期，采取不同的疗法。目前，临床上对GA的针灸和药物治疗还没有明确的认识。GA主要治法以三棱针、小针刀等中医针灸外治法为主，同时也包括如梅花针、火针、穴位埋线和电针等特色疗法。该文旨在探讨针药结合的临床疗效，以便发挥更大的临床价值。

Compared with western medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of gout is more and more accepted because of its simple operation and small adverse reactions.After years of continuous application by clinicians, acupuncture combined with drug treatment can significantly reduce the pain of patients with gout, and has advantage of improving clinical efficacy.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy can effectively avoid gastrointestinal adverse reactions and liver and kidney damage caused by oral drugs. It has the characteristics of simple operation, convenience and economy. Different treatments can be taken according to different periods of gout development. At present, there is no clear understanding of acupuncture and drug treatment of gout in clinic.The main treatment methods of gout are mainly external treatment methods of traditional Chinese acupuncture, such as triangular needle and small needle knife.And it also includes characteristic therapies such as plum blossom needle, fire needle, acupoint catgut embedding, electroacupuncture.The purpose is to explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and drug combination in order to play a greater clinical value.
