针灸已经成为广泛的替代医学疗法，相关高质量临床随机对照研究也屡登国际期刊。但是其报道结果不尽相同，针刺效应影响因素的把控是造成结果差异的主要原因之一。故以穴位的选择、针刺相关参数和得气为切入点，详述选穴原则、配伍和针刺处方，针刺角度、深度、留针时间、两次针刺的间隔时间和疗程的设置，得气感的重要性，并探讨这些因素对针刺效应的影响，总结所获经验。今后应构建疾病的针刺最优处方、设定适宜的针刺参数、保证医患双方的得气感，并充分运用现代技术和仪器，为针刺研究的设计提供必要的客观数据，以期更好地服务于临床治疗。

Acupuncture has become a complementary alternative medical therapy that is used widely, and relevant high-quality randomized controlled clinical trials have been published in international journals frequently. However, the results are not identical. The control of influencing factors of acupuncture effect is one of the main reasons for the difference. From the perspective of acupoint selection, related parameters of acupuncture, and De qi, some factors affecting the curative effect are discussed. The principle of selecting acupoints, compatibility, and acupuncture prescription are specified, and cupuncture angle, depth, retention time, interval time, treatment course, and De qi are emphasized as well. Experience was therefore summarized. In the future, it is necessary to construct the optimal prescription of acupuncture for diseases, set appropriate acupuncture parameters, and ensure the sense of De qi of both doctors and patients during the operation of the acupuncture. Moreover, modern technology and instruments should be fully used to provide necessary objective data for the design of acupuncture research, so as to better serve clinical treatment.
