随着社会快速发展、生活节奏加快，人们精神压力逐渐增大，患梅核气的人群数量日趋增长。 该病多伴有焦虑或抑郁的精神状态，且病情易反复，病程一般较长，常常影响患者的日常生活。西医治疗主要以对症治疗、心理干预为主，临床上尚无特异性治疗药物。 中医学对其认识颇为久远，治疗方法有中药、针灸、刺络拔罐和穴位埋线等。 贺军主任医师据多年临证经验，结合历代医家对梅核气的记载，创立“通任调气”针刺法治疗梅核气，临床疗效良好，无不良反应，操作简便易行。 现从中西医对梅核气的认识，“通任调气”针刺法和临床验案3 个方面探讨“通任调气”针刺法对梅核气的治疗作用。

Traditional Chinese medicine has known about it for a long time， and its treatment methods include Chinese materia medica，acupuncture and moxibustion， pricking and cupping， acupoints embedding， etc. According to many years of clinical experience and the records of various generations of doctors on globus hystericus，He Jun established “Channeling Conception and Regulating qi （Tongren Tiaoqi）” acupuncture to treat the globus hystericus，which has good clinical efficacy and no adverse effect， and is simple and easy to operate. This paper discusses the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on the globus hystericus from three aspects： understanding of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， ＂Tongren Tiaoqi＂ acupuncture， and clinical cases.
