心脏神经官能症是神经官能症的一种特殊类型，以心血管功能紊乱为主要表现，可兼有神经官能症的其他表现。随着社会进步和科技发展，人们的生活节奏加快，工作压力、婚姻家庭以及复杂的社会人际关系等因素影响着人们的情志，造成精神上的紧张、压抑、焦虑和抑郁，从而使心脏神经官能症的发病率逐年上升。西医采用西药和心理治疗方法，中医采用针灸和中药治疗，其中针灸治疗心脏神经官能症，操作简便，疗效显著，无不良反应，值得进一步推广。经过多年的临床实践，总结出通任顺气针刺法治疗心脏神经官能症，取得良好的疗效。现从对心脏神经官能症的中西医认识、通任顺气针刺法的取穴、临证验案3个方面探讨通任顺气针刺法对心脏神经官能症的治疗作用。

Cardiac neurosis is a special type of neurosis，with cardiovascular dysfunction as the main performance and also other manifestations of neurosis.With the development of society，people's life rhythm is accelerated，with work pressure，marriage and family，complex social relationships affecting people's emotions，resulting in mental tension，repression，anxiety，and depression，which make the incidence of cardiac neurosis rise year by year.Western drugs and psychotherapy are used to treat cardiac neurosis in western medicine，while acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine are applied in Chinese medicine.In these treatment methods，acupuncture treatment of cardiac neurosis is simple and effective，and has no side effects，so it is worth further promotion.After many years of clinical practice，my tutor summed up the＂Tongren Shunqi＂acupuncture therapy to treat cardiac neurosis，and achieved good results.This paper discusses the therapeutical effect of the＂Tongren Shunqi＂acupuncture therapy on cardiac neurosis from three aspects：the understanding of cardiac neurosis intraditional Chinese medicine and western medicine，the acupoint selection of “Tongren Shunqi” acupuncture therapy and the proven cases.
