目的

通过分析和评价针灸治疗抑郁症随机对照试验的报告质量，了解现阶段针灸治疗抑郁症随机对照试验的研究现状。

方法

检索的中文数据库包括中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI，2005至2010年），维普信息资源系统（WEIPU，2005至2010年），医中志（日本）的国内外有关针灸治疗抑郁症的临床研究文献。中文检索关键词为抑郁、郁证、针、针灸、针刺、电针、拔罐、埋线、注射、穴位、经络、耳针等。日本检索关键词为鬱、うつ、針灸、鍼灸等。采用针灸随机对照试验报告标准（STRICTA）和随机对照试验报告统一标准（CONSORT）评价针灸治疗抑郁症随机对照试验报告质量。

结果

按照CONSORT和STRICTA报告规范标准，现阶段针灸治疗抑郁症随机对照试验的报告不够规范。

结论

建议采用国际通用的CONSORT和STRICTA报告规范标准，提高研究的报告质量。加强研究设计、提高研究质量、保证证据一致性和直接性，探索符合中医特色的研究方法，提高证据水平，进而提高推荐强度。

Objective

To find out the research status of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating depression by analyzing and evaluating the quality of the related literatures.

Methods

The domestic and foreign literatures on clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating depression were searched.Depression，Melancholia，Needles，Acupuncture，Electro-acupuncture，Cupping，Catgut，Injections，Acupuncture Points，Meridians，Acupuncture，Ear Acupuncture and other key words were electronically retrieved in Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）China Journal Full-text Database（2005-2010），VIP Journals Database（2005-2010）and Japan Medical Abstracts Society.Standards for Reporting Interventions in Clinical Trials of Acupuncture（STRICTA）and Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials（CONSORT）were employed to evaluate the quality of the literatures on randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating depression.

Results

The quality of most research reports of randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating depression were under the standards of STRICTA and CONSORT.

Conclusions

It is suggested that STRICTA and CONSORT international standards be employed to improve the reporting quality of these trials.Great efforts should be made in strengthening research design，enhancing the quality of research，assuring the evidence consistency and directness，exploring adoptable research methods for TCM，and therefore improving the reporting quality and the strength of recommendations.
