Abstract:

Guillain-Barré syndrome(GBS) is a polyneuritis disease caused by autoimmune reaction that invades the peripheral nervous system. The etiology & pathogenesis of GBS and different treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine are discussed, and the clinical experience and related research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease are presented.By summarizing and sorting out different intervention methods, it is found that although the clinical treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine at this stage is rich and has achieved good results, the research scale is small. Most of them are the summary of medical case experience, the research method lacks innovation, and thinking and excavation on the treatment of this disease is still blocked and long.Relevant literature research on the clinical treatment of GBS in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years are summarized and analyzed, hoping to stimulate the re-understanding of the disease in clinical diagnosis and treatment, and make innovations on the basis of keeping the right, so as to make good for deficiency.
