Abstract:

Sports injuries are all kinds of injuries occurring in the process of sports. If not treated in time, they can become chronic injuries. With the proposal of nationwide sports, the incidence rate of this disease has risen sharply. Research has found that sports injuries not only cause local bruising and swelling, but also affect the tension of the human fascia, leading to pain and numbness. Acupuncture and moxibustion and Tuina are important means of external treatment in Chinese medicine, and are widely used in the treatment of sports injuries. By summarizing the literature, it was found that its mechanism of action is related to promoting local blood circulation, changing the tension of superficial and deep fascia structures, maintaining the dynamic and static balance of muscles around joints, and strengthening the stability of human joints. This article summarizes the application of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Tuina in sports injury, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of sports injury by acupuncture combined with Tuina.
