Abstract:
Objective Using data mining technology to analyze acupoint selection rules in modern clinical acupuncture treatment of primary hypertension.
Methods
The domestic related literature of clinical acupuncture treatment of primary hypertension was collected from November 2016 through online index of China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and Weipu Data Knowledge Service Platform,then acupuncture prescription library was established to build acupoint compatibility network by complex network software“Gephi”and analyze the network topology structure to study the acupoint compatibility rules.
Results
Acupoint compatibility network in acupuncture treatment of primary hypertension has characteristics of"small world effect"and "scale-free feature".Point GB20(Fengchi)and point GV20(Baihui)are the main points,point ST36(Zusanli),point SP6(Sanyinjiao),point KI3(Taixi),point UB18(Ganshu)are the important match points.The combination of the distant and local acupoints is more frequently prescribed.
Conclusion
The combination of the distant-local point is the primary choice of acupoint compatibility in acupuncture treatment of primary hypertension.Point GB20(Fengchi)and point GV20(Baihui)in cervical part are the core ones of acupoint compatibility in acupuncture treatment of primary hypertension.
