观察毫针加锋钩针治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。

选取2019年2月至2019年5月山西中医学院附属医院针灸门诊治疗的女性乳腺增生患者27例，所有患者均用毫针加锋钩针治疗。每3日治疗1次，连续治疗3次后评价疗效。

连续治疗3次后，治愈12例，占44.4%，好转14例，占51.8%，未愈1例，占3.8%，总有效率为96.2%(26/27)。2个月后随访，26例有效患者中有1例轻度复发。

毫针加锋钩针治疗乳腺增生疗效确切，值得推广。

To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture needle combined with lance needle in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.

Twenty-seven female patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands treated in hospital from February to May 2019 were selected. All patients were treated with acupuncture needle combined with lance needle.

Among the 27 patients, 12 were cured, 14 improved, and 1 was ineffective, with an effective rate of 96.2%. After 2 months of follow-up, 1 of the 26 effective patients had a mild relapse.

The treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with acupuncture needle combined with lance needle is effective and worthy of promotion.
