目的

观察针刺治疗少精弱精症患者的临床疗效。

方法

选取2014年6月至2015年6月天津市第五中心医院中医科就诊的少精弱精症患者52例，按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组26例。治疗组给予针刺特定穴位治疗，隔日治疗1次，8周为1个疗程；对照组给予口服麒麟丸，每次口服6 g，每日服用3次，治疗周期同治疗组。治疗8周后，分别采用配对t检验和两独立样本t检验比较2组患者治疗前后组内和组间的精液量、精子密度、向前运动精子百分率、精浆果糖和中性α-葡萄糖苷酶的差异。

结果

经过8周治疗后，对照组治疗前后精液量和向前运动精子百分率比较，差异均有统计学意义（t=2.25、3.26，P均＜0.05），治疗组治疗前后精液量、精子密度和向前运动精子百分率比较，差异均有统计学意义（t=1.17、2.43、3.36，P均＜0.05）。2组治疗后精液量、精子密度和向前运动精子百分率比较，差异均有统计学意义（t=2.69、3.38、1.69，P均＜0.05）。对照组和治疗组治疗前后精浆果糖和中性-α葡萄糖苷酶比较，差异均有统计学意义（t=2.39、4.19、2.15、2.04，P均＜0.05），2组治疗后精浆果糖和中性-α葡萄糖苷酶比较，差异均有统计学意义（t=3.02、1.14，P均＜0.05）。

结论

针刺治疗少精弱精症疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Objective

To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on patients with oligospermia and asthenozoospermia.

Methods

52 patients with oligospermia and asthenozoospermia in the 5th Tianjin Central Hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected，and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random digits table method，26 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with needling specific acupoints，1 time every other day and 8 weeks as 1 course；The control group was given oral Qilin pills，6 g each time，3 times a day，and the treatment course was the same as the one of the treatment group.After the treatment course，the semen volume，sperm density，sperm forward motility ratio，seminal plasma fructose and alpha-glucosidase were observed before and after treatment，which were compared using paired t-test and an independent sample t-test.

Results

After the treatment course of 8 weeks，for the control group，in the comparison of the semen volume and the sperm forward motility ratio before and after treatment，differences were statistically significant（t=2.25，3.26，all P＜0.05）；for the treatment group，in the comparison of the semen volume，sperm density and the sperm forward motility ratio before and after treatment，differences were statistically significant（t=1.17，2.43，3.36，all P＜0.05）.In the comparison of two groups on the semen volume，sperm density and the sperm forward motility ratio after treatment，differences were statistically significant（t=2.69，3.38，1.69，all P＜0.05）.For both groups，in the comparison of seminal plasma fructose and alpha-glucosidase before and after treatment，differences were statistically significant（t=2.39，4.19，2.15，2.04，all P＜0.05）；in the comparison of two groups on the two groups on seminal plasma fructose and alpha-glucosidase after treatment，differences were statistically significant（t=3.02，1.14，all P＜0.05）.

Conclusion

Acupuncture treatment is effective and can be used in clinic.
