阿尔茨海默病(AD)临床表现为进行性记忆力减退、认知功能障碍以及人格改变等,其病理学主要特征是脑内特定区域神经元数量的减少,β-淀粉样蛋白和细胞内神经纤维缠结的聚集。干细胞是一类具有自我更新和分化潜能的细胞,能够在特定条件下增殖,并定向分化成不同的功能细胞,以促进AD的神经再生,具有很好的应用前景。干细胞主要包括胚胎干细胞、神经干细胞、间充质干细胞、造血干细胞和表皮干细胞等。近年来,针刺对干细胞治疗AD的干预研究取得迅速进展,为AD治疗带来新的希望。综述干细胞治疗AD的最新研究进展。

Theclinical manifestations of Alzheimer's disease(AD)include memory decline,cognition impairment and personality changes.Its pathological features are mainly the decrease of the number of neurons in some specificareas of brain,and the aggregation of beta amyloid protein and intracellular nerve fibers.Stem cell sare a kind of cells with self-renewal and differentiation potential,which can proliferate and differentiate into different functional cells under certain conditions,promoting the nerve regeneration of AD with a good application prospect.Stem cells mainly include embryonic stem cells,neural stem cells,mesenchymal stem cells,hematopoietic stem cells and epidermal stem cells.In recent years,the intervention of acupuncture in stem cell treatment of AD has also achieved rapid progress,and which brought a new hope for the treatment of AD.The latest research progress of stem cell therapy for AD is reviewed in this paper.
