目的

探讨针刺治疗对痤疮患者疗效及免疫功能的影响。

方法

选取2013年1月至2013年6月济宁市第一人民医院皮肤科及针灸科门诊就诊的痤疮患者118例。按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为两组，治疗组50例采用针刺取穴治疗，对照组50例给予异维A酸口服治疗。治疗8周后进行两组患者疗效评价，并测定两组患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素2（IL-2）、IL-4、IL-10和γ型干扰素（INF-γ）的含量，并观察结果。采用SPSS17.0统计学软件进行数据分析。两组间有效率比较采用χ²检验,计量资料比较采用两独立样本t 检验。以P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义。

结果

治疗8周后，治疗组痊愈24例，显效21例，有效3例，总有效率96%（48/50）；对照组痊愈15例，显效12例，有效14例，总有效率82%（41/50）。两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（χ²=5.00,P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者IL-2、IL-4、IL-10和INF-γ含量比较，差异均有统计学意义（t=17.84、13.48、25.12、14.31，P＜0.05）。

结论

针刺治疗对痤疮患者临床疗效和免疫功能具有明显调节作用。

Objective

To explore the effect of acupuncture therapy on immune function in patients with acne.

Methods

A total of 118 cases with acne from the acupuncture department and dermatology department of Jining City First People’s Hospital were included in this study during the period from January to June of 2013. Patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group with acupuncture treatment (n=50) and control group with oral isotretinoin treatment (n=50). The efficacy was evaluated after eight-week therapy in two groups. The serum levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2), IL-4, IL-10 and interferon interferon-γ (INF-γ) were detected before and after treatment. Data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software. The curative effect of the two groups was compared by the χ² test .Measurement data by using two independent sample t-test. P＜0.05 was considered significant.

Results

After eight-week therapy, there were 24 cured, 21 markedly improved and 3 improved, with the total effective rate 96%(48/50), in treatment group. There were 15 cured,12 markedly improved and 14 improved, with the total effective rate 82%（41/50), in control group.There was significant difference between two groups (χ²= 5.00 , P＜0.05). There were significant differences in serum levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and INF-γ after acupuncture treatment between two groups (t=17.84,13.48, 25.12 and 14.31, P＜0.05).

Conclusion

Acupuncture has significant regulatory effect on immune function in patients with acne.
