Clinical experience of Lu Lihuan on the treatment of lumbocrural pain by acupuncture and moxibustion

Abstract:

Lu Lihuan is there presentative in heritor of Lu′s school of acupuncture and moxibustion, which has been indexed in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List. He has rich clinical experiences on the treatment of lumbocrural pain by acupuncture and moxibustion. He emphasizes the importance of comprehensive palpation, physical examination, proper using of back acupoints, and the integration of acupuncture, warming needle moxibustion, and acupoint injection in treating lumbocrural pain. Remarkable clinical efficacy has been observed.
