Abstract:

This paper summarizes research situation of the role of reinforcing and reducing method of acupuncture in the past five years, and explore its mechanism in treatment for some diseases. In recent years reinforcing and reducing of acupuncture has been used for rat models of several diseases. The curative effects of reinforcing and reducing of acupuncture were studied from the perspective of hematology and molecular biology, such as blood cells of hemoglobin deficiency syndrome model, calcitonin gene-related peptide of hypertension model, nitric oxide, endothelin, serum norepinephrine,mRNA expressions of type I and type III collagen. This article summarizes escherichia coli endotoxin of heat syndrome model, serum motilin of gastric ulcer model, the phosphorylated extracellular signalregulated kinase expression of neuropathic pain in spinal dorsal horn, serum superoxide dismutase of deficiency model, lipid peroxide MDA and free radicals.
