卒中相关昼夜节律失调性睡眠-觉醒障碍是脑卒中患者常见睡眠障碍之一。研究表明睡眠昼夜节律失调不仅是是卒中的潜在危险因素,也可以继发于卒中,直接影响卒中患者的预后。目前中西医领域对该病的具体发病机制、治疗方法等的相关研究均处于初级阶段。该文综述该病迄今为止的中西医研究进展,旨在对未来的研究提供更多思路和参考依据。

Stroke-related circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders is one of the common sleep disorders in stroke patients.Studies have shown that sleep circadian rhythm disorders is not only a potential risk factor for stroke, but also secondary to stroke, and directly affects the prognosis of stroke patients.At present, the specific pathogenesis and treatment of this disease in the field of traditional Chinese and western medicine are in the primary stage. Research progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine was summarized in order to provide more ideas and references for future research.
