吞咽障碍常见于各类中枢神经损伤疾病,为改善吞咽障碍的治疗效果研究人员一直尝试各种手段以更好的明确吞咽功能的神经控制机制。近年来功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术因可以精确显示中枢神经结构与功能的关系,被广泛应用于吞咽功能神经控制的研究中。根据研究概况简要介绍其进展。

Swallowing disorders are common in a variety of central nervous system injuries. In order to improve the therapeutic effect of swallowing disorders, researchers have been trying various methods to better understand the neural control mechanism of swallowing function. In recent years, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) has been widely used in the study of neural control of swallowing function because it can accurately display the relationship between central nervous structure and function. This paper briefly introduces the progress of these studies.
