退行性关节炎、骨质疏松、增龄性肌肉松弛、椎间盘变性等骨科相关退行性疾病均与衰老有关,虽然人体的老化趋势不能改变,但是可以采用一定方法改善各系统的功能以减缓老化速度,从而预防或医治老年疾病以提高生存质量。关于衰老,中医学和现代医学都有丰富的理论和学说。绿色安全的针灸疗法得到全世界的普遍认可,国内外均有针灸抗衰老方面的基础及临床研究。检索近年来关于针灸抗衰老在骨科相关退行性疾病方面的研究报道,对其作用机制进行总结概述,并分析既往研究存在的不足,以期为针灸抗衰老的进一步实验研究或临床应用提供借鉴。

Degenerative arthritis, osteoporosis, age-related muscle relaxation, intervertebral disc degeneration and other musculoskeletal degenerative diseases in orthopedics are all related to aging. Although aging can not be reversed, certain methods be adopted to improve the functions of various systems to delay aging, so as to prevent or cure geriatric diseases and improve life quality. There are abundant theories or doctrines about aging in both traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine. The safe acupuncture treatment has been widely recognized all over the world, and there are basic and clinical researches on acupuncture and moxibustion anti-aging roles at home and abroad. The recent reports on anti-aging effects of acupuncture on musculoskeletal degenerative diseases were searched, the related mechanism was summarized, and deficiency of previous studies were analyzed, with a view to providing ideas or reference for further experimental research or clinical application of acupuncture on anti-aging.
