Results

In treatment group,11 cases were clinical cured,21 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective after treatment, and the total effective rate was 94.12%(32/34),which was significantly higher than control group(Z=-2.284,P=0.022).In control group,8 cases were clinical cured,20 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 84.85%(28/33).The lower back pain scores(M-JOA)were(23.47±5.22)and(20.60±5.04),and the VAPSscores were(1.82±1.73)and(3.03±2.19)for the treatment group and the control group, which showed significant differences after treatment(t=2.28,-2.5,all P<0.05).
