A brief discussion on Chinese pulse-taking science from "Yixue zhongzhong canxilu"

Abstract:

Zhang Xichun is a famous doctor in modern China. He has rich clinical experience and his discussion of pulse is closely related to clinical practice. His lifelong academic experience and clinical experience are mainly reflected in his representative work " Yixue zhongzhong canxilu" , which is rich in content and of great clinical significance. Pulse diagnosis is an important method of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of disease prognosis. Vigorousness or wane of Qi and blood, and generation or eradication of pathogenic factors can be distinguished by observing the pulse. Pulse diagnosis is the key factor to treat the same disease differently and distinguish cold and heat, which should be used flexibly without any unilateral understanding or sticking to convention. Contents of Pulse-taking in " Yixue zhongzhong canxilu" is analyzed to explore the way of pulse diagnosis, which is not only subtle and crucial, but also flexible. Pulse diagnosis, one of the four methods of diagnoses, should be kept in mind and used flexibly.
