With the change of Yang Qi in one day, the disease presents the characteristics of " better in the morning, best at noon, worse in the afternoon, worst in the evening" . Five-shu points are used to treat the five zang viscera diseases, and acupoints can be selected according to the rules of " jing-well points in winter, xing-spring points in spring, shu-stream points in summer, jing-river in deep summer, he-sea points in autumn" . Besides, the selection of acupoints can also base on the rules of " the zang diseases for winter, the time problem diseases for summer, the voice problem diseases for deep summer, the taste problem diseases for the autumn, the complexion problem diseases for the spring" . Both of them have important guiding value for the clinical treatment of diseases by acupuncture and moxibustion.
