Abstract:

Acute lumbar sprain is very common in clinical practice, and it is mainly due to the incorrect waist movement posture or incoordination of muscle when lifting heavy, as well as the injury of waist muscle, ligament, fascia and small joint caused by falling, so that patients may suffer from waist pain and limited movement, and affect patients′ life and work. If the treatment is not timely, it is easy to develop into chronic intractable lumbago, which seriously affects the patient′s health and quality of life. Literature research shows that acupuncture treatment of acute lumbar sprain has significant efficacy, through different acupuncture techniques to dredge the waist muscle meridian, and relieve the muscle spasm. In order to understand the clinical effect of acute lumbar sprain, different treatment methods are summarized in this paper.
