By using PEMS3.1 medical statistical software for data analysis, the improved scores of symptoms of sneezing, runny nose, nasal plugging, nasal itching were observed and analyzed by t test in observation group and control group before and after treatment.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.

Results

After treatment symptom scores of sneeze reduced in two groups and the t value was 2.7957(P<0.01). There were significant differences in symptom scores of sneeze and symptom improvement difference after treatment between two groups and t value was 3.8136(P<0.01). The symptom scores of runny nose reduced after treatment in two groups and the t value was 2.1416. The symptoms score of runny nose after treatment were compared between two groups, and t value was 2.8407, with significant difference(P<0.05). The nasal plugging symptoms improved after treatment in two groups, and the score reduced and the t value was 1.3024. The symptom scores of nasal plugging were compared between two groups and the difference of t value was 2.3137(P<0.05). The symptom scores of nasal itching after treatment decreased and t value was 1.2484. The symptom scores of nasal itching decreased in two groups and t value was 2.4189 with significant statistical significance (P<0.05).
