基于五运六气理论，从五运、六气和客主加临等方面分析2018年运气特点，发现全年仅五之气的时段体感较为舒适，初之气需预防温病，二之气、三之气时段注意"寒包火"的问题，在清泻里热的同时要疏散在肌表的寒邪，四之气和终之气应健脾利湿。在防治疾病的同时应遵循"故岁宜苦以燥之温之"。

Based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors (Wuyun Liuqi), the author analyzed the clinical characteristics of climate in 2018 from several aspects such as five evolutive phases, six climatic factors and guest climatic qi adding to fixed host qi, and found that only at the fifth stage of 2018 it feels comfortable; at the first stage warm disease should be prevented ; at the second and third stage the syndrome of cold enveloping fire should be paid attention to, therefore interior heat should be cleared as cold pathogen should be dispelled in the meantime; at the fourth and last stage we should pay attention to fortify the spleen and disinhibit dampness. At the same time, the prevention and cure of disease should be application of bitter to achieve dryness and warmth.
