Advances in acupuncture treatment on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke

Abstract:

Shoulder-hand syndrome is a common complication after stroke. Acupuncture is one of the important methods of treating stroke, and its clinical efficacy is accurate. In recent years, with the continuous improvement in living standards, the treatment in rehabilitation of stroke sequelae is becoming increasingly important. More and more rehabilitation programs are accepted by clinicians and patients. The acupuncture therapy plays a more important role in rehabilitation programs. This study summarized types of literature of acupuncture treatment in past 10 years, in order to seek the exact therapy for patients to relieve pain.
