Applications of co-immunoprecipitation technique

Abstract

Abstract:

Co-immunoprecipitation technique is an important method to study interaction between protein-protein, which can be used to determine the interacting proteins in the intracellular physiological states. In the study of protein-protein complexes, it not only can be used to verify its existence, also can be used to find the new complex. Recently, researchers of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) have utilized this technology to reveal the mechanism of TCM and made some achievements. This study reviewed applications of co-immunoprecipitation technique in recent years.
