Abstract:

Pain syndrome is a common clinical syndrome. Pain can have a huge impact on patient′s life and emotion, so the treatment of pain syndrome is urgent. Professor Fu Lixin has been innovating in the diagnosis and treatment of Pain syndrome for many years. She believes that the main cause of pain syndrome is qi and blood, qi and blood stasis, and produces tendon knot. The treatment mainly lies in relieving the tendon knot between meridians and tendons, and in loosening the trigger point formed by muscle contracture and spasm. The trigger point is the crux of qi and blood stasis of pain syndrome. It is advocated to release the trigger point with Jingu needling therapy, and release the fascia at the trigger point. This method can activate blood circulation, remove blood stasis and tendon knot, promote local blood circulation, make qi and blood unblocked in the meridians and nourish all meridians and tendons, so as to relieve pain.Exploration on etiology, pathogenesis and trigger point of pain syndrome, and specific method of releasing trigger points by Jingu needling therapy are introduced to provide ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of the disease.
