Abstract:

Through reviewing literature, this paper analyzed and summarized the recent years′ research progress on the application of music therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of stroke complications, and pointed out that the combination of music therapy and acupuncture could achieve better efficacy in the treatment and rehabilitation of stroke complications. However, the existing studies have a lack of big sample, multi-center, and randomized controlled research, and further observation on long-term efficacy. Furthermore, most of the reasearch also have a lack of strictly quality control and guidance from professional music therapists. In terms of music selection, these research have no common standard, and theoretical basis is insufficient. So it can be further discussed in future research.
