Abstract:

Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) breaks the traditional concept of perioperative management and optimizes the treatment measures based on evidence-based medicine, which is more in line with the physiological and metabolic changes of human body in perioperative period and reduces the stress response of the body, so as to achieve the purpose of enhanced recovery. Traditional Chinese medical is safe, effective and low-cost, and it has been widely used in perioperative period. Its treatment concept is similar to the theory of enhanced recovery after surgery. Its addition can provide new methods and new ideas for the construction of ERAS.However, the current application of traditional Chinese medical in ERAS has problems such as lack of standard implementation schemes and no corresponding curative effect evaluation system.
