Abstract:

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is the most common peripheral vestibular disease. At present, manual reduction is often used, but the residual symptoms or recurrent disease after reduction cause great physical and psychological burden for patients, which is still a thorny problem in clinic. In recent years, many clinical studies have shown that acupuncture, moxibustion, acupoint application and other treatments combined with manual reduction have achieved considerable results in the treatment of this disease. This paper summarizes the relevant clinical experience in order to provide reference for scientific research and clinical work in the future.
