Abstract:

Climacteric syndrome is a common disease of perimenopausal women. With the development of society and the increase of life pressure, the incidence of climacteric syndrome gradually increases. Estrogen replacement therapy is often used in western medicine, but there are many side effects, so it is not suitable for long-term use. Regarding the application, we should follow the principle " symptomatic treatment in acute condition, but radical treatment in chronic case" . Tonifying kidney is the most important, and toning up the heart, the liver and the spleen is also necessary. In our experience, we insist treating climacteric syndrome by integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine and paying attention to both internal and external. Besides the traditional Chinese medicine, we also use auricular point pressing with beans and western medicine combined with psychological counseling. The therapies have remarkable efficacy and are worthy of promotion.
