The diagnosis and treatment of pediatric functional gastrointestinal disorders in Chinese and Westernmedicine medicine

Abstract:

Children's digestive system,with the most sensitive organs to the psychosomatic disease,is easy to be affected by the internal and external environmental stimuli and emotional factors.Functional gastrointestinal disorders are the most common group of non-organic and psychosomatic diseases with gastrointestinal dysfunction.The integrated medical treatment model of western medicine,Chinese medicine and psychotherapy has been used to treat pediatric functional gastrointestinal disorders,and with a good curative effect,it has been gradually developed into a trend.This article reviews the diagnosis and treatment in Chinese and western medicine of three kinds of relatively common pediatric functional gastrointestinal disorders:functional dyspepsia,nonspecific functional abdominal pain and functional constipation.
