Abstract:

Acupuncture treatment belongs to an invasive therapy，which can cause hospital infection in many aspects.Meanwhile，doctors with sharp acupuncture needles are likely to get injured.Therefore，we prevent and control the hospital infection by controlling the infections of all aspects.We carry out the problem-oriented risk assessment seriously from the aspects of awareness of hospital infection controlling，hand hygiene compliance，hardware facilities，treatment operating procedures，occupational protection，and medical waste management.By optimizing the management of hospital infection of all departments and all rules of infection controlling，we established some hospital infection controlling measures to keep the minimum level of hospital infection including establishing operation process of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine，strengthening training，publicizing infection prevention and control philosophy，carrying out infection surveillance and continuous improvement，strengthening disinfection and isolation on-site supervision，improving hand hygiene compliance and improving the hardware facilities.By all these measures，we achieved good result on hospital infection controlling.
