本研究以天津中医药大学第一附属医院为例，调研在培中医类别学生疫情防控意识形态情况，研究开展学生思政教育的提升措施。

自拟疫情防控相关意识形态调查问卷，于2020年10月随机抽取并发放1 200名在培中医类别学生，有效回收869份，分析研究不同政治面貌学生对国家防疫政策的关注和配合度、对中医药的态度、参与志愿服务的态度。

全体调研学生都会主动关注和配合国家疫情防控政策(P>0.05)，学生党员对中医药态度更积极、平时参与学校志愿服务更多、疫情期间主动参与疫情防控工作更积极(P<0.05)。

通过分析讨论研究结果，进一步凝练思政教育措施，如挖掘思政教育资源增强全体学生具有高度的社会责任感，聚焦增强学生中医药理论和文化自信、拓展学生党建的辐射带动作用等措施，作为完善思政教育多维立体化融入临床培养过程的有效途径。

The First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) was taken as an example to investigate epidemic prevention and control ideology among TCM students under training, and to study the improvement measures of ideological and political education for students.

A questionnaire related to epidemic prevention and control (EPC) on ideology was self-designed. 1 200 TCM students were randomly selected and distributed in October 2020, 869 of which were effectively recovered.Students with different political backgrounds were analyzed and studied on their concern and cooperation with the national epidemic prevention policy, their attitude towards TCM, and their attitude to volunteer service.

All survey students took the initiative to pay attention to and cooperate with the national EPC policies (P>0.05), and student member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) had a more positive attitude towards TCM, participated more in voluntary services at ordinary times, and positively participated in the EPC during the epidemic (P<0.05).

Through the analysis and discussion of the research results, further condensed ideological and political education measures, such as mining ideological and political education resources to enhance all students high sense of social responsibility, focusing on enhancing students theoretical and cultural self-confidence in TCM, and expanding the radiation and driving role of students′ party building, as an effective way to improve the multi-dimensional integration of IPE into the clinical training process.
