溃疡性结肠炎（UC）是一种病因尚不十分明确的直肠和结肠黏膜慢性、非特异性炎症性疾病，临床常表现为腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便和大便次数增多等，便血是其较为严重的临床症状之一。该病具有反复发作，迁延难愈的特点。 西医学尚缺乏有效的根治方法，中医学在改善临床症状，减轻肠黏膜炎症，促进肠黏膜愈合等方面有其独特优势。 王静主任从事中医脾胃病临床工作十余年，对治疗UC 有丰富经验，认为脾气虚弱是本病发病之本，肠道湿邪不去为该病主要病机。 治疗原则在辨证论治的基础上强调补益脾胃，益气化湿的重要性。 探讨运用补中益气汤治疗复发型UC 所致便血医案，以飨读者。

The clinical manifestations of ulcerative colitis are abdominal pain，diarrhea， mucus and pus blood stool and stool frequency increase， etc.， among which hematochezia is one of its more serious clinical symptoms. It has the characteristics of repeated attacks and prolonged refractory.Western medicine still lacks effective radical treatment， while Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in improving clinical symptoms， alleviating intestinal mucosal inflammation and promoting intestinal mucosal healing. Professor Wang Jing has been engaged in the clinical work of spleen and stomach in traditional Chinese medicine for more than ten years， and has rich experience in the treatment of UC. She thinks that the weakness of spleen qi is the root of the disease， and the main pathogenesis is the retention of intestinal dampness.
