目的

对临床上针刺治疗卒中后肢体偏瘫研究中常用评估量表的应用进展进行综述。

方法

检索2015 年1 月至2020 年1 月中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、PubMed、Web of Science 文献数据库中所有针刺治疗卒中后肢体偏瘫的临床文献,总结分析目前评估量表的应用情况。

结果

共纳入180 篇文献。 针灸治疗卒中后肢体偏瘫的研究中,常用的运动学评估量表可大致分为上肢功能、手功能及下肢功能3 类。 Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评定量表、Berg 平衡量表、改良Ashworth 量表、功能性步行能力量表、WOLF 上肢运动功能评定、主动关节活动度及徒手肌力测定等评估方法应用广泛。

Objective

To review the application progress of the commonly used assessment scales in the clinical study of acupuncture for post-stroke limb hemiplegia.

Methods

The literature of clinical acupuncture treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia, published from January 2015 to January 2020, were retrieved from the database including CNKI, SinoMed, PubMed and Web of Science. The current application of the assessment scalesin clinical studies was summarized and analyzed.

Results

180 articles were included. In these researches, stroke kinesiology scales could be divided into three categories: upper limb function, hand function and lower limb function. The following assessment scales were widely used:Fugl-Meyer assessment, Berg balance scale, modified Ashworth scale, functional ambulation category scale,WOLF motor function test, active range of motion, manual muscle testing,and so on.
