帕金森病（PD）致残率高，严重降低中老年患者的生活质量。 针灸疗法作为PD 的治疗方法之一，受到越来越多的关注。 以针灸、PD 等为主题词检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI），其可视化分析结果显示针灸治疗PD 的文献数量呈逐年上升趋势，其中以得到国家自然科学基金资助的研究最多。 一方面表明PD 单纯药物治疗已不能满足患者需求；另一方面也表明针灸作为PD 的补充治疗方法，是目前的研究热点与难点。 通过分析文献可得，PD 的针灸治疗方法多样化，既有单一的常规针灸技术，亦有电针、眼针、腹针和穴位埋线等特殊技术，还有多种疗法相结合的方法，现将整理文献就不同针灸治疗方法进行综述，以供临床参考。

Parkinson's disease has a high rate of disability and seriously reduces the quality of life of the middle-aged and elderly people. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy， as one of the treatments for Parkinson's disease， has attracted more and more attention. The visualization analysis results showed that the number of papers on acupuncture and moxibustion for Parkinson's disease was on the rise year by year，among which the most researches were funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. On the one hand， it indicated that single drug therapy for Parkinson's disease could no longer meet the needs of patients. On the other hand， acupuncture-moxibustion as a supplementary treatment for Parkinson's disease is a hot and difficult research point. Through the analysis of the literature， it can be found that there are various acupuncture and moxibustion treatment methods for Parkinson's disease， including single conventional acupuncture techniques， together with special techniques such as electroacupuncture， eye acupuncture，abdominal acupuncture， acupoint embedding and so on， as well as a combination of various therapies. This paper summarizes the sorted literature on different acupuncture and moxibustion treatment methods for clinical reference.
