对近年关于马来西亚针灸的相关文献做综述。 发现针灸与中医事业正面临传统与辅助医药法令的控制与转型中。 针灸的医学、 教育和科研均呈现新的面貌， 同时， 面临许多新的挑战，表现在医师资格认证、 政府医院应用针灸、 大专院校应用英文教育、 研究风气不佳和治疗方法受限等方面， 是针灸界近年来的现状， 也将是影响马来西亚针灸界的重要因素。

This study reviewed literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in Malaysia in recent years. It is found that the acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine are facing the controllation and transformation of the traditional and complementary medicine. The clinical， education and research of acupuncture are having a new aspect and facing many new challenges， which include physician qualification certification， the application of acupuncture and moxibustion in government hospital，application of English education in Colleges and Universities， lack of research and limited treatment method. It seems to be the microcosm of acupuncture in recent years. The act will be continuing the main factors to affect the acupuncture application in Malaysia.
