Abstract:

Cervical spondylosis is a disease based on degenerative pathological changes, abnormal X-ray, CT, MRI manifestations(the diagnosis of esophagus type cervical spondylosis can also refer to dynamic esophagogram and esophageal endoscope) all reflect the disease handily and accurately. The combination of all the inspection techniques, together with comprehensive analysis of clinical symptoms and imaging manifestations, may improve the early and differential diagnosis of cervical spondylosis. It is helpful for the clinical establishment of more effective treatment methods. This study summarized the researches on pathogenesis, common clinical symptoms and corresponding imaging manifestations of different types of cervical spondylosis in the past 3 years. It is hoped to provide ideas for the clinical and differential diagnosis of the disease.
