Abstract:

This is a preliminary study on the understanding and clinical experience of professor Li Zhidao's application of hand-six-needle in the treatment of hand spasm in patients with hemiplegia.The treatment of hand-six-needle is summed up by professor Li Zhidao according to traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture needle，anatomical physiology，biochemistry，biomechanics，related Western medicine theory and many years of clinical experience.Chinese medicine acupuncture suggests that hand-six-needle is passed by shaoyin，hand jue Yin，hand shaoyang meridian.According to the theory of meridians indicating therapy，hand-six-needle has therapeutic effect on hand spasm.Modern medicine suggests that the distribution of hand area is the most widely distributed in cortex，therefore，the recovery of hand movement function is very important in patients with hemiplegia.
