Abstract:
Objective
To investigate the effects of the knowledge of the pattern on the compliance of rehabilitation training in patients with stroke.
Methods
A total of 98 patients of cerebral apoplexy with hemiplegia were collected from May 2012 to April 2014 in the department of rehabilitation medicine of Wendeng central hospital of Weihai city. Patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=52)and control group (n=46). The routine nursing care was given to the control group, while the intervention of "knowledge and trust” mode was given to the observation group. Statistical method of SPSS13.0 software was used for data analysis. The measurement data was expressed as±s and differences were considered significant when P<0.05.
Results
There were significant differences in neurological deficit (NIHSS) and the ability of daily life (ADL) score between observation group and the control group (t=4.18 and 6.18,P<0.05). There was also significant difference in compliance between two groups (χ 2=20.08, P<0.05).
Conclusion
The pattern of knowledge and trust can improve the compliance in the rehabilitation training in patients with cerebral apoplexy, which improves the clinical effects of rehabilitation.
