Abstract:

Treating the different diseases with the same therapy is the main part of traditional Chinese medicine.Treating the different diseases with the same therapy doesn't depend on the cause of diseases，location of diseases and symptoms of diseases.The key lies in the identification of common pathogenesis and syndrome.The blood is the base of female's life.Both qi and blood are interdependent and interpromotion.The derangement of qi and blood is the significant common pathogenesis ofdiseases in thedepartmentofobstetrics and gynecology.Xiaojie decoction can regulate qi，activate blood and absorb clots.There are satisfactory results in treating hydrosalpinx and ovarian cyst of gynecological diseases using Xiaojie decoction，which reflects the specific application of the law on treating the different diseases with the same therapy.
