Deduction of evolutive phases and climatic factors in 2023 (Guimao) and exploration of corresponding disease prevention and treatment

Abstract:

Based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, the characteristics of evolution phases and climates in 2023 were analyzed from the aspects of five evolutive phases, six climatic factors, and eliminating exogenous athogenic factors.It was found that the fire evolutive phase would be less in 2023, and it would be colder and drier in the first half year and hotter in the second half. From the perspective of the convergence of evolution phases and climates, the latter should be the main focus, followed by the former. In terms of the six climatic factors, it should emphasize on invigorating spleen, removing dampness and dispersing liver in the first stage, purging heat fire to renal water and nourish liver and kidney in the second stage, regulating Qi of Shaoyang in the third stage, warming kidney, invigorating spleen and clearing the heart fire in the fourth stage, regulating liver and gall, and clearing the lungs in the fifth stage, clearing the heart fire and tonifying kidney in the final stage.
