Abstract:

Chinese medicine theory looks at the problem from a macroscopic point of view, which jumps out of the limited focus as uses meridians to communicate with the whole body, and also uses meridians to adjust its balance. It is found that the head meridian is an important way to regulate the brain function by summarizing the related researches at all times and all over the world, among which, there are many clinical studies and reports on acupuncture and moxibustion at the head point to treat epilepsy. Analyzing the correlation between the head meridian and epilepsy can provide new ideas for the research on the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy.
