Analysis on composition and medication regulation of DOG DAY PLASTER in the treatment of respiratory system diseases based on data research

Objective

To summarize the prescriptions and compatibility rules for the treatment of respiratory diseases from Chinese Journal full-text database（CNKI）by using the traditional Chinese medicine transmission auxiliary platform software V2.5 （jointly developed by the institute of Chinese medicine of Chinese academy of traditional Chinese medicine and the institute of automation，Chinese academy of sciences）.

Methods

The literatures on the treatment of respiratory diseases in CNKI were collected，in which the recipe was screened.The recipe database was established by using the software of Chinese medicine transmission and auxiliary platform，and the rules of medication were studied.

Results

A total of 161 prescriptions were collected with 125 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The most frequently used drug combinations were Asarum→Sophora，which were found 118 times and evolved to obtain the core combination 18 groups，the new prescription 9.

Conclusion

Chinese medicine DOG DAY PLASTER treatment for respiratory diseases plays role of warming lungs by drinking，Wenli Quhan，relieving stasis and dispelling drugs-based，and which reveals rules of prescription for the DOG DAY PLASTER-therapy for clinical reference.
