Professor Lan Qingqiang's experience in the treatment of chronic bronchitis

Abstract:

Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for syndrome differentiation and treatment,Lan Qingqiang,professor of traditional Chinese medicine,suggests that chronic bronchitis is a recurrent refractory disease.Considing the theory of TCM“the viscera seasonal cough,not only lung”,in the treatment of cough,internal injuries should be paid attention to the whole dialectical medication,and distinguish the external or internal disease factors,the severity of phlegm and the lung kidney two empty.The treatment rules should follow Fuzheng Quxie,Qi and blood Tongzhi principle,focus on viscera,Qi and blood function recovery,then making the best use of the situation and driving away pathological factors.It is proposed in the light of its general trend,Quxie must solve the problem of the disease,as antitussive expectorant therapy,with Qi blood circulation in the treatment and always through clinical from keningfang decoction(composed of ephedra,almond,aster,coltsfoot flower,belamcanda chinensis,cicada,earthworm,radix pseudo stellariae,schisandra chinensis and so on)in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,which shows a clinical curative effect,and worthy of using widely.
