The research progress of hemiplegic gait after stroke

Abstract:

Hemiplegic gait is one of the common sequelae of stroke, which seriously affect the patient quality of life. Rehabilitation treatment of gait in patients after stroke, which has different methods and significant efficacy, undoubtedly occupies an important position. Using“stroke”,“hemiplegia”,“rehabilitation”,“treatment”as keywords, the China HowNet, Articles networks and VIP database were retrieved. Reports related to gait in patients after stroke treated by clinical traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years were analyzed, in order to provide help for the present clinical treatment. This study also points out some problems found in previous literature and the direction of future development.
