Abstract:

With the development direction of the Western preventive medicine from population prevention to individual prevention，the top medical topic of today has transformed to intervene sub-health and prevent incurable diseases. The world lifted the upsurge of preventive treatment of disease. Through development of thousands of years，traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich health preserving methods，which is the important way to realize the theory of preventive treatment of diseases. This theory has important sense in health preserving，which emphasizes the importance of prevention and points out that prevention is more important than treatment.
